“Are you an agent?” People kept asking me at showings.

I didn't plan on real estate. I started my career in India in pharmaceutical quality control, where attention to detail and doing things the right way weren't optional.

After moving to Canada, I spent two years studying and building a new chapter. When my wife and I were ready to buy our own home, I found myself at showings and open houses, and at several of them people asked me, “Are you an agent?” My wife noticed it too. “You're good with people,” she said. “You should do this.”

That idea stayed with me. My people skills, my eye for detail, and my ability to understand what others need turned out to be exactly what real estate runs on. Today I help others find a place they can call home, in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
